This brand-new product has been created to assist women stepping into their family business. The objective is to help women reflect on themselves. This involves examining their strengths, life values, personal ambitions, life expectations, as well as examining the personal blocks and fears that might interfere with their vision.

It also involves meeting other women in business to learn how they have achieved their positions.

The result is the definition of a personal vision for the participant.
