Synchronicity has developed a coaching methodology based on the principles of action learning. It helps participants in the development of specific competencies to resolve problematic situations. Each situation presented is analyzed, taking into consideration both the context in which the participant operates and the results they want.
We encourage people to complete a CAPP before setting their specific coaching goals, allowing those goals to be better aligned with their personality traits and preferences.
