Leaders with Impact

Synchronicity offers developmental programmes to help leaders accelerate their performance by enhancing their leadership skills, particularly to cultivate a culture that welcomes and embraces change.

Our definition of a leader with impact is a leader who is aware of their own values, skills, interests and ambitions, and is able to formulate and communicate their own vision. This is someone who has the courage to challenge the status quo and the systems in which they operate. They have the ability to inspire, influence and engage with their own teams, superiors, colleagues, as well as customers and suppliers.

Our program, of two or three modules, allows leaders to develop a unique set of skills to enhance the impact of their relationships with customers, teams and business partners.
